About the Opportunity:Central Employment seeks an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our client's Customer Service Team in Bedale. This role presents an opportunity for the right candidate to engage daily with clients, professionals, and colleagues, ensuring the Rural Team remains well-organized and prepared through independent decision-making.
Primary Objectives:
Provide comprehensive support to our fee earners, encompassing various administrative tasks such as audio typing and diary management.Engage in daily client liaison to ensure updated file records and strict compliance from the outset.Assist and contribute to client fee-earning work aligned with established KPIs.Efficiently assess priorities while organizing multiple fee earners.Proficiently operate and navigate internal invoicing systems. As the Successful Candidate, You Will:
Possess exceptional communication and teamwork skills.Demonstrate high competence in ICT, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.Work with the utmost confidentiality.Ideally, have some knowledge of agriculture.Think and plan for team members.Exhibit excellent client care skills and meticulous attention to detail.Understand financials and strong numerical aptitude.
