Pro–Found Recruitment are looking to recruit an Administrator/Business Support Co–Ordinator for our client based in Dinnington.
Business Support Co–Ordinator Benefits:
Location: Dinnington – full time office basedSalary GBP11.28 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunchStart date: ASAPContract: Temporary ongoing and could lead to permanent Business Support Co–Ordinator Duties:
to be responsible for management of all portals, which will include: Uploading of service sheets
Uploading of invoices
Managing the portal from quote to invoice
day to day management of portals include for example Coupa, Verisae, iSupplier, Tradex, Data station, Ariba, Lens and Concerto Match service sheets with invoices and send to customer in required format Mark off the tasks confirmed on service sheets received on a daily basis accurately and in a timely manner, the service sheet is not to be opened unless there is an exceptional circumstance. Add contracts due to the service matrix Address any queries regarding any service sheets received that have not been able to be marked off in a timely manner. Review any 'DUE AP's outstanding from the previous months to ensure that the contract has been renewed, and then update to 'DUE'. Attach the contract planner to the quote in CRM for the Sales Managers to review and send to the customer Service sheets to be filed in the customer file by 4.30pm, to ensure that they are easily accessible.
