Exciting Administrator Position at a Leading University in LeedsWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Organisational Development & Professional Learning team as an Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the main Universities in Leeds.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for the service, offering a warm welcome and providing professional responses to enquiries.Proactively provide administrative support for the organisation and delivery of events and projects run by the service.Offer administrative support to the Director and Head of department, including minute taking and diary management.Prepare, produce, and promote a wide range of documentation and resources, including online environments.Input, analyse, and provide reports on learning and development information and data in line with key performance indicators.Use university systems to deal with basic financial processes.Proactively resolve day-to-day problems that arise and work with colleagues to ensure a seamless service is delivered to internal and external customers for organisational development. Experience required:
