Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Management of Fabric Suppliers, Curtain Making Supplier and Delivery of Customer Orders Speaking to customers subsequent to them placing their order to clarify any questions relating to their order. Updating customer orders with any subsequent changes made. Processing customer refunds for cancelled orders. Placing and managing fabric orders with suppliers. Creating and sending work tickets to the curtain maker. Keeping customers updated with the progress of their order Organising the despatch of roman blind headrail units to the curtain maker. Website Administration Updating website with new products and price changes. Finance Tasks Invoice processing Helping with VAT return Customer Service Helping Customer Service, when necessary, with first line response for both inbound phone and email from (prospective) customers Screening all inbound calls and distributing them appropriately Managing customer enquiries Helping customers to place orders online Resolving any customer complaints Any other office-based tasks as required.
