Based in Carlisle, the Administrator position is an office-based role which provides wider support to the business and includes:Responding to and distributing customer enquiresAnswering incoming calls to the departmentStock checkingProcessing customer ordersRaising invoices and matching to orders on the systemManaging incoming leads and distributing to the sales departmentProviding other administrative support to the customer service team as and when needed.Full training will be given however this role will suit someone who has previous administration experience, is friendly, confident and able to liaise with people on all levels. You must be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment and can demonstrate support across a business.
