Office Administrator
Perm / Part time - 17.5/18 hours per week

Your Role:
? Acting as a point of contact for customers or suppliers via email, over the phone and in person
? Organising filing systems and updating office databases
? Source and book staff travel and accommodation
? Completing customer tasks in PM software
? Monitor the admin inbox ensuring that internal and external queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally
? Assist with customer labelling, gift and loyalty card orders
? Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, cleaning products.
? Arranging couriers for our customer base orders
? Data entry
? Responding to questions and requests for information
? Raise quotations for customers
? Completing relevant forms for new customers, suppliers, with accuracy and efficiency
