The Training Administrator is an office–based role which provides support to the business and includes:
Reviewing/processing/updating customer applications on the bespoke system.Responding to customer enquiries by phone/emailProducing correspondence and documents as requestedPrinting documents.Inspecting quality of printed documents.Packaging documents into envelopes and preparing for posting/shipping.Some manual lifting of boxes/materials and collecting mail from the mailroom.Providing other administrative support to various departments within the business as and when needed.
Full training will be given however this role will suit someone who has previous administration experience, can demonstrate support across a business, is a good team player, is organised and has attention to detail.
As a Training Administrator in this role, you will also be able to actively listen and interpret instruction effectively.
Our client is based close to motorway links so would also be an ideal commute for candidates both from the Lancaster/Carnforth area or Kendal.
