We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrator to provide crucial support to our Occupational Health Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of the team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of medical records.

Description

The main responsibilities for the Administrator role are:

Administrative Support:

Efficiently handle day–to–day administrative tasks to support the Occupational Health Team.Manage schedules, appointments, and maintain accurate records. Typing and Documentation:

Demonstrate excellent typing skills to transcribe medical reports, correspondence, and other documents.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical documentation. MS Office Proficiency:

Utilise Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create, edit, and manage documents.Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets as required. Confidentiality:

Maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality when handling sensitive medical records.Adhere to privacy regulations and internal protocols for data protection. Proactive and Collaborative:

Take a proactive approach to problem–solving and information gathering.Collaborate with team members and other departments to find solutions and obtain necessary information. Medical Setting Experience:

Previous experience in a medical setting is advantageous.Familiarity with medical terminology and an understanding of health care work flows. Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members, health care professionals, and external stakeholders.Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Profile

The successful candidate for the Administrator role must have the following:

Admin experienceUsed MS Office previously Typing ExperienceHigh level of trust and confidentiality due to the medical records beingProactive and collaborative – able to use initiative to find answers/informationExperience in a medical setting would be advantageous Job Offer
