Part Time Role, Monday to Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm (Flexibility on Start and Finish time)
Administrator required to join a leading facilities management business working onsite in Aberdeen City Centre. The Administrator will play a key role as part in coordinating and arranging all maintenance services onsite, providing high quality administrative support.
Applications are invited from Administrators who can demonstrate experience working within the building services or facilities management industry, preferably with experience coordinating engineer's workload.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports. Using inhouse CRM system to organise engineering workload and upload required paperwork. Efficiently arranging the site-based engineering teams workloads - including allocating PPM and reactive maintenance works. Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange maintenance work onsite. Regularly liaising with the site management team to build positive client relationships.
