We are looking for an Administrator to join the Employability Hub, in this exciting new opportunity. As an Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Employability Hub, as well as supporting our Next Steps to Employment Project.

Outline of Key responsibilities for the Administrator
Providing professional administration support to the Employment and Skills Team in liaison with the coordinator. Responsible for participant training calendar / scanning documents / spreadsheets / databases To ensure that customer feedback information is reviewed and effectively reported on through obtaining and collating information from project evaluation surveys/customer feedback surveys/ press media coverage/customer satisfaction surveys.Ensure all project related databases are kept up to date with all the required information for each participant.To use social media to find and engage with potential customers, listen to brand chatter, and drive traffic to the company website.To work within a team and assist other team members to achieve performance objectives. Proven experience of providing comprehensive administrative service in a team environment.Basic knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, vulnerability and risk Good attention to detail, ability to follow a compliance process and tracking data on a spreadsheet.
