Enterprise Rent-A-Car are excited to annouce an opportunity within our Business Support Division covering our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain & France. The division works in collaboration with multiple departments across the UK & EU on the deployment of commercial initiatives in accordance with the Company's strategic objectives.
The role will be based within the Headoffice - Staines

Responsibilities
The successful individual responsibilities include:
Responsibility for incoming correspondence.Processing traffic violations including parking, speeding and bus lane penaltiesReconciling payments received from customersLiaising directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penaltiesProblem-solving on outstanding paymentsProviding support and information to our branch networkManaging timely invoice data entryReducing PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframesReducing Rejected Representation and more Qualifications
