Our client is all about luxury, as a multi-asset brokerage firm, they work with a number of high-net-worth clients empowering them to build their wealth through the luxury retail sector. With a stunning office in central London, you will be working within a fast-paced environment, closely with senior partners and the office manager.
Administration Assistant - Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, managing emails, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to various teams. Ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome. Your proactive approach and exceptional organisational skills will be key to maintaining our office's efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical.Greeting all visitors to the office. Handling logistical aspects. EG post and deliveries.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.Provide support to team members as needed.Event planning.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role in an office environment, minimum of 3 year's experience.Proficiency in MS Office and Suite.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.HubSpot knowledge and ideally history of using it.If you're looking for a stimulating role where your organisational skills and proactive attitude will be valued, we'd love to hear from you!
