Join a long-established IT services company as a Part-time Administration Assistant.
Working 3 days per week, with some flexibility. Mainly based in the office, with some potential to work from home.
THE JOB:
You will be assisting the managing director and bookkeeper in a variety of duties, including:
- Communicate with customers by email and phone when necessary.
- General administrative duties.
- Updating social media.
- Posting payments and invoices on Sage and internal database (training given).
- Chasing debtors and updating details on a database.
- Assist with general accounts admin.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previously worked as an administrator, personal assistant (PA) or office manager.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently on small projects.
- Excellent organisational skills.
