From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses – HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficientlyOur Public Sector client our currently recruiting an Administrator to join their team on a full–time, temporary basis based at Bury St Edmunds Court.The role is Monday to Friday, you will be working 37 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 5pm and the role is fully office–based. The rate of pay is GBP11.88 an hour with holiday entitlement and pension scheme available. The client is based next to the bus station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport and based close to local amenities. This is a varied role where you will be dealing with general case queries regarding child maintenance payment to queries from court and legal advisors. Duties will include, but will not be restricted to;– General administration– Opening / sorting post– Data entry– Answering telephone queries– Taking payments over the phone– Data Input / Petitions– Carrying case files across different floorsThe ideal candidate will have the ability to work as a part of a team, along with working independently in a fast–paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Data entry, Word and Outlook.As you will be targeted on performance and accuracy through performance checks, the required candidate will need to have a proven background in a fast–paced, targeted environment with proven results. You will need to have great attention to detail as compliance procedures need to be met and followed when completing petitions.The rate of pay is GBP11.88 an hour.
