Admin Assistant Needed For Luxury Gift Company.

Exciting opportunity with The Champagne and Gift Company - a small and rapidly growing business, specialising in luxury Champagne gifts for corporate and personal occasions. We are looking for a bright, warm and energetic admin assistant to join our office in Loughton. LIVING IN OR NEAR DEBDEN/LOUGHTON, ESSEX, PREFERABLE.

We are a fast-growing company and we love what we do! You will learn a lot from working here and develop a range of skills. This is a varied and interesting role for someone who really wants to get involved and make a positive contribution to the business and can help us to grow further.

Working hours required: 30 hours per week, this could be more for the right candidate!

Salary: £12 p/h

Qualities needed:

Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise their workload accordingly

Good computer skills - in particular a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

Good at searching and compiling information on the internet to answer problems.

Graphics: Familiarity with Publisher and Paint software / Photo editing knowledge an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc

Ability to work on own initiative and can be relied on to work unsupervised

Ability to act with discretion and deal with matters of a confidential nature

Calm manner, confident and with great attention to detail

Good accuracy and ability to check work before submitting

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A* - C) including Maths and English

Responsibilities to include:

• Processing our Champagne gift orders

• Book courier collections and tracking of our deliveries

• Responsible for screening incoming calls

• General administration duties (e.g filing, typing correspondence, responding to emails)

• Load and edit products onto website & Amazon

• Liaising with clients/suppliers

• Assisting director with ad hoc duties
