The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the Project Team and involves mailbox management, task allocation and creating resource reports.
The right candidate will enjoy and be used to working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and will have the following knowledge and experience:
High degree of accuracy & confidentiality Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to adhere to timescales Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Responsible for acting professionally and maintaining good stakeholder relations Ability to work well as part of a team and to work on own initiative Able to manage change and act appropriately Key responsibilities
Monitoring Mailbox Updating Microsoft Teams Planner with Resource Requests Providing Weekly Resource Reports showing resource utilisation for the coming week. Arranging access to different systems Proactive management of workloads and prioritisation of work Scheduling surveys and working with Sales team to enable targets are met Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
