Are you an Adaptations Surveyor looking for an exciting new full-time role within a Local Authority?

Role

To assist the Aids and Adaptations manager to co-ordinate an efficient, cost effective and customer focused Adaptations service.

Ensuring the effective delivery of Adaptation building design and maintenance solutions for its clients ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.

To develop contacts with partner organisations to ensure that effective working relationships are maintained and developed.

To ensure Adaptations contractual performance and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

Candidates will ideally have

Have relevant qualification.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Ability to carry out home/site visit to produce measured survey and drawing using AutoCAD.

Able to liaise with Occupational Therapist team and contractors alike ensuring good running of the service.

Have knowledge of stairlift, hoist, etc.

Experience in using MS word, Excel.

Be empathetic when dealing with our vulnerable s/users.
