Job Description:As a Acquisitions Assistant and Analyst at a dynamic and expanding residential property development company, you will play a vital role in shaping their success. Comparable and Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of property data for informed decision-making.Reporting and Presenting: Create comprehensive reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.Site Valuations/Appraisals: Assess the value and potential of various development sites.Research on Demographics, Planning, and More: Utilise tools like Realyse for extensive research on demographics and planning.Liaising with New Homes Specialists and Local Agents: Build and maintain effective communication channels.Site Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of development sites.Assistance with Site Finding/Searching: Collaborate on the identification of potential development sites. Requirements:

A couple of years of relevant work experience.Determined individual, with initiative.Personable and confident.Proficient with ExcelIdeally a Property Related Degree (or some qualification) What We Offer:
