Position: Accounts Semi–Senior

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Salary: GBP28,000 – GBP35,000 (DOE)

What will your role entail?

As an Accounts Semi–Senior, you will be assisting the partners in the management and delivery of accounts preparation services for their clients across various industries, your day–to–day duties will include:

Preparation of statutory accounts under both FRS102 & FRS105Preparing personal and corporation tax returnsAssisting with VAT returnsGeneral bookkeeping duties up to trial balanceDealing directly with HMRCLiaising with clients to maintain relationships and ensure all records are accurate What experience will you have?

AAT qualified and/or studying towards your ACA or ACCA qualification.Have experience of working in practice, ideally 18 months +Experience of using cloud software, preferably certified with XeroEnergetic self–starter who is happy to take responsibilityExcellent time management and organisation skillsComfortable working to deadlinesExcellent IT skills What will you get in return?
