Cedar are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer on an FTC until October 2024 for an expanding business based in East London.

This position is paying up to GBP30,000 per annum dependant on experience with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Ledgers Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

Receivable invoices using Open Accounts Management and resolving AR queries Generate month end reports Customer set up of accounts and direct debits on Open Accounts Reconcile customer accounts at month end Responsibility for closing all Sales Ledgers About You: In addition to the key requirements, the ideal candidate should possess:

AAT Level 2 qualification or higher Previous Accounts Receivable Experience: Previous experience in an accounts receivable role is a must. Accounts Receivable Experience: A proven track record in accounts receivable is desirable for this position. Software Proficiency: Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial as the role involves liaising with internal and external customers. Stakeholder Management: A history of effectively working with stakeholders. Multitasking Ability: The capability to multitask and reprioritise tasks during the day. Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with Open Accounts is desirable but not mandatory.
