Position has arisen within our group for - Expierienced Accounts Person / Personal Assistant – Nutts Corner County Antrim –
Must have experience working within accounts, finance and general office (including HR and payroll & VAT )
• Responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping, invoicing, logging all sales and expenses payments/credits, resulting in a month end reconciliation process of both company bank account and credit cards
• Running monthly profit and loss reports and collating balance sheets.
• Processing and paying quarterly VAT returns
This together with PA duties is required –
Must be well presented, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Able work of own initiative
Must be honest dedicated and trustworthy.
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Team player, with leadership skills and willing to assist with other projects .
