At Saint Gobain we are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to work at our Head Office in East Leake.

The Account Payable Manager will develop and lead our Accounts Payable and Expenses Team. Taking responsibility for the operational activities of the accounts payable and expenses functions aiming for high customer services to our internal customer businesses. You will continue to integrate new clients into the function. You will work closely with The P2P Process Owner to identify opportunities for improvement and execute plans to achieve operational excellence.

At Saint Gobain we have 30 brands', we design, manufacture, and distribute materials and services for the construction and industrial markets. These solutions are found everywhere in our living places and our daily life: in buildings, transportation, infrastructure and in many industrial applications.

What we're looking for:

You will need to have previous experience in successfully leading and developing teamsStrong knowledge and experience of Accounts payable processes and ERP systemsExperience of working in a Shared Service CentreExperience of process improvementUnderstand what is needed to achieve high service levelsWhat you will be doing:

Responsible for the operational activities of the Accounts Payable and Expenses functionsEnsure Supplier and Expenses are processed and paid to payment termsManaging and developing a team of 20 peopleBuild strong relations to achieve goals with: P2P Process Owner & Digital Transformation Team: to drive continuous improvement initiatives including increasing automation in the P2P process.Procurement and suppliers: to ensure compliance to our invoice processInternal business customers: To ensure process efficiency & compliance to P2P process
