Description
The Accounts Payable role is a temporary assignment initially which could go permanent and will be based 4 days per week in the Middleton office with the opportunity for 1 day per week remote working.
Reporting to the Finance Manager Key responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.Process business expense returns.Cashbook and petty cash cheques.Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
