A national business that is growing at an impressive rate is seeking to recruit a highly competent Accounts Payable Assistant who will cover the full end to end responsibilities of the purchase ledger and expenses.Your duties will entail: Coding and processing all purchase invoicesDealing with supplier queries and all invoice filingProduce and sending remittances for all supplier paymentsWeekly approved payments runsProcess all employee expensesProviding cover for other areas of finance The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months Accounts Payable experience covering the full spectrum of duties. You will also have an excellent level of Microsoft Excel teamed with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
