Were looking for an experienced Accounts & Outsourcing Supervisor- Part Time to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants in Sidcup, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, chartered accountancy practice in an exciting position, where you will be offered lots of client exposure, and a chance to really progress in your career. You will be responsible for statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax services to a range of sole traders, partnerships, and ltd companies, from start-up size, through to much larger, and more complex groups! You will work amongst an experienced team of 15 accounts staff, and you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, as well as overseeing juniors work, or managing a team, based on your experience, and aspirations. A lot of the position can be built around the candidate and their aspirations. You will be tasked with managing a portfolio of exciting and interesting clients This will include the preparation of, management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns, corporate tax, advisory work, and ad-hoc projects. Overseeing the work of junior staff or managing a team of qualified and part-qualified staff. Ensuring all clients receive efficient and commercially sound advice. Assisting clients with software implementation and best practice reviews. Requirements As an Accounts & Outsourcing Supervisor - Part Time, you will be: You will be a qualified accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients. Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills and time management Team player with good leadership qualities Self motivated /self starter Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies Good communication skills internally and with third parties Strong technical capability in account and taxation Benefits As an Accounts & Outsourcing Supervisor - Part Time, you will receive 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
