Mullen Property Services is looking for an Account Assistant to become part of their accounts team. The role is based in Shepperton, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, with an hour for lunch.
The successful candidate will take ownership and responsibility of a small finance team.
Key accountabilities:
Management of financial operations and bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Bank Reconciliations. Take responsibility for credit control function. Management of payroll (outsourced).
Budgeting and forecasting, reviewing operating costs.
Liaise with External Accountants
Preparation of month end accounts and budgeting
Essential:
Qualified through experience bookkeeper / AAT qualified, or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant. Experience using QuickBooks Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and CRM System Strong oral and written communication being able to communicate financials to non-financial staff High degree of flexibility and able to adapt quickly. A proactive and energetic personality. Can do attitude and team player. Anticipate needs before they arise.
