You would be on a 12–month fixed–term contract and joining a fast–paced and ambitious finance team. The offer of hybrid working is also available.Your new roleWithin your new role you will be expected to:Review invoices, prepare and post a monthly journal.Ensure you keep up to date with accountancy regulations and participate in training as designated or required.Review the contents and coding of a nominal ledger.Assist in preparing actual monthly results, forecast and KPI's.Assist with the production of monthly closing reports and other operations reports as required.Analysis of key customer revenue streams.Assist with the year–end audit.Review the contents and coding of petty cash claims, compile journals and post.What you'll need to succeedAn AAT qualification is preferred, as well as experience with accounting software.Experience with SAP is desirable.You need to possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and have knowledge of pivot tables and formulas.You must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload.What you'll get in return25 days holiday per annum.Pension is 5% employee and 3% employer.Free on–site parking.Hybrid working.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up–to–date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
