We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team within Countryside Partnerships Manchester & Cheshire East, at our Warrington office. As our Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Business Unit's Finance Director and finance team in meeting BU, Divisional and Group financial reporting requirements as well as providing transactional support to other Business departments.

Maintaining COINS plot database for all BU sites, ensuring to liaise with relevant departments to collate dataWorking closely with sales and construction teams to ensure plot data for forecasting and pricing is upto dateResponsible for debt collection for all trade receivables with our partnersAssisting our Accounts Payable team in ensuring all invoices our allocated to the correct departments and approved for payment within the payment termsAssisting BU finance team in day to day transactional processing where requiredAssisting wider accounts and development team with ad hoc projects and requestsEnsure you have read the Company's health and safety policies and procedures observe them at all times.Reporting any accidents or near misses immediately to your manager and record them in the accident book.Ensure your workplace is kept tidy and any hazards are eliminated or reported to your line manager.Wear appropriate protective clothing on site at all times.Attends all health and safety training as required by the Company.
