Our client is a well-established Facilities Management Business in the local area, who are growing rapidly. Joining their friendly and supportive Finance Team of 5 provides a chance to grow with a reputable company that values its employees.
Role Details:
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Fridays 8am - 4pm
Location: Leeds
Salary: 28,000 - 33,000
Holidays: 29 days holiday per annum (including 8 statutory holiday days) rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum 33 days / annum

You will be responsible for:
Daily Bank ReconciliationsSales and Purchase LedgerWeekly cost and sales reports for Business LeadersSupporting preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Month End Account ReconciliationsWeekly project costing journalsMonthly nominal journalsSales invoices and managing the Debtor LedgerCompany VAT returns and managing statutory payments including Construction Industry Scheme & PAYEWorking within, developing, and managing Company financial systems and policiesLiaising with multiple departments and Directors to ensure positive financial outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Sage 200This role is perfect for an experienced Accounts Assistant who is looking to progress into Management Accountancy
