A new opportunity has arisen in a rural location based outside of Bicester. The company are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This company have been reaching industry excellence for 30 years and continue to develop and maintain quality.
A part time position, this role requires 15 hours per week with the hours of 09:30-12:30 Monday to Friday, paying GBP12 per hour.
Your duties:
Process payment invoices and prepare cheques for payment of invoices. Prepare and end out monthly statements to clients. Log and issue invoices. Update purchase ledger. Manage customer queries. Complete general administration tasks as requested. Maintain and order office stationary and sundries. You must:
Be computer literate and comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook. Work well in a small team. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Hold a full UK Drivers Licence with access to your own transport due to the location of the role. Show willingness to learn and develop skills overtime. Experience within an accounts position and Sage could be seen as advantageous but is not required for this role.
