My client have been present in Liverpool for 30 years with a great reputation and valued clients. With around 10 people in the practice, this role is well suited to someone with good communication skills and a friendly nature. The client base of this practice is made up of around 400–500 clients which vary in turnover from a couple hundred thousand to a GBP70m group.
Description
The Accounts Assistant will required to complete a wide range of work including accounts preparation, VAT returns, self–assessment tax returns, CIS returns, bookkeeping and payroll.
You will be required to liaise with clients on a regular basis and complete administration tasks.
Profile
Ideally, this Accounts Assistant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice and will have some knowledge of accounts preparation and bookkeeping.
Strong IT skills are required and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as accounting and payroll software eg, Iris, Sage 50, Sage Payroll, Xero, Kashflow, TaxCalc etc for dealing on Cloud Based duties.
