My client, a small construction business on the outskirts of Godstone, are looking to take on an accounts assistant to join their small team of 3 in accounts. This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week, 100% office based. This accounts assistant role is available on a temp to perm basis.
Main task for the accounts assistant include:Weekly payroll of 150 subcontractors (knowledge of CIS would be an advantage).Entering payments into the banking system.Maintaining the cashbook.Entering invoices and journals.
Person spec for the accounts assistant:Ideally you will have worked in finance for a small company and small accounts team before.Previous payroll or CIS experience would be an advantage.Knowledge of Redsky accounts package would be an advantage.Good excel and word skills.Good communicator with attention to detail.
