.Blusource Recruitment has teamed a forward-thinking business in search of an Accounts Assistant (Hybrid) based on the edge of Nottingham, a short tram ride from the city centre.
This is a great international SME business that operates in the renewable energy sector and operates a flexible hybrid policy as well as having excellent modern offices, with lots of free parking.
The role is varied, so as well as working in accounts, you will also be able to work with operations and get exposure to other non-finance areas as well.
What will you be doing?
Working with the Head of Finance and CFO on cash management. Assist in creating weekly cashflows. Manage the entire order-to-cash process. Handle credit control responsibilities. Generate and process sales invoices. Collaborate with sales support and Business Development Managers. Ensure timely posting of supplier invoices and reconciliation of supplier accounts. Raise and manage purchase orders. Execute the creation of bank payments.
What are we ideally looking for?
Previous experience in an accounts assistant role. Strong commitment to look for continuous process improvements. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Well-organised with excellent prioritization skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Establish and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
What can you expect?
