I am delighted to be working with a reputable food supplier, based in Ipswich, on the hunt for an Accounts Administrator to join their vibrant team on a full-time basis!
Reporting to the Management Accountant and liaising with the wider finance team as well as other departments, your duties would include:
To administer and process treasury transactions and clear entries for bank reconciliations in accounting systems.To ensure administer and process company credit card claims and employee expenses and ensure prompt payment (including appropriate authorisation).To support resolving financial transactions throughout the working capital cycle where additional approvals/action is required within the wider business. To monitor expenditure in areas of the business and report as required.To provide support to colleagues within the Finance function.To help with other ad-hoc administration processes within the Finance function
Ideally, you would have had experience in a similar role and experience using SAP would be advantageous. This role would require and analytical candidate, who has strong telephone manner and the ability to work well in a team!
