Hague has grown significantly over the years and is now one of the leading SME’s in the Yorkshire region. We have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator who will provide support to the Accounts Team.
You will have already gained experience in a Bookkeeping / Accounts Administrator role and you are looking for a similar role at this level. This role does not require a professional accounts qualification. You’ll be based at our head office facility just off junction 31 of the M62 and free onsite parking is provided.

You’ll be joining a small Accounts Team and key responsibilities will typically include:
Creating new customer accounts on the system, ensuring that all required information is accurately entered.Raising proforma invoices.Checking that supplier invoices are correct.Accurately processing sales invoices from orders and dispatch notes and chasing up any overdue accounts.Posting customer receipts and reconciling numerous bank accounts on a daily basis.Maintaining accurate filing systems by correctly filing documents and in a timely manner e.g. invoices, internal orders, delivery notes etc.Effectively dealing with customer / supplier queries received.Taking / fielding calls coming into our head office.
