A unique Practice needs an additional qualified staff member who wants to become a Director or Partner. They offer part time or compressed working weeks, excellent holiday and benefits and a rare opportunity to influence key decisions for this Practice.

This requirement is a new role to reflect their year-on-year growth which exceeds 50% annually.

They also offer a fully staffed compliance team, meaning your role will be reviewing, undertaking complex work and other client facing activities.

You may be working in general Practice, a Mid-Tier Firm or even be self-employed and missing having colleagues and the operational support of a larger business. Alternatively, you have moved to Commerce and seeking a new challenge where you can see how your input accelerates the profits and success of not just the Practice but also your clients.

Commitment and communication skills are essential in this role where you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to:

Manage a portfolio of Owner-managed businesses, Partnerships, and small Limited CompaniesDiscuss and answer clients' queries relating to the company and Directors' finances.Prepare financial and management accounts, cash flows, and tailored reporting.Assist clients seeking funding or changes to financial providers.Support, manage, or implement client's supplier and credit processes.Undertake complex accounting personally.Review transactional accounts and bookkeeping.Have oversight of payrolls and company secretarial workReview and input into tax calculationsImplement systems improvements and train client staff on use of Xero.
