The Accountant should be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to assist with all of their accountancy needs and be able to create a tailored service for all clients. This role will involve some face to face and telephone meeting with customers. The Accountant responsibilities include:
Managing customer relationships and understanding their needs in order to exceed their expectationsResponsible for delivering a quality, efficient, timely and 'Right First Time' service for your portfolio of clients, meeting all internal and external deadlinesNurture relationships with the internal stakeholders to deliver a service that leads the market.Contribute to team development, communicating and playing to your personal strengths and talents, allowing others to do the same, enabling both individuals and the team to fulfil their potential. Identify changes and process improvements to maximise efficiency and productivity so that the business continuously improves. The requirements of the Accountant are:
