You will have a work-life balance. You will be shown how to organise your diary to prevent overwhelm. Your mental health is important to us, and we have a qualified Mental Health first aider in the firm to provide additional support if ever required.

You will receive regular training, and you will be given time to ensure that you keep up to date with the latest changes in accounting, taxation, and technology.

We have both summer away days, and Christmas events every year on top of random lunches every now and again. We all love a lunch!

What you will receive by working with us?

A competitive salary reviewed every year as a minimum. Our students are also rewarded by way of a salary increase for every successful exam result!23 days holiday plus bank holidays as a minimum, depending on your time with the firm. AAT and ATT Trainees and apprentices:

You'll need an eagerness to learn, to think on your feet and a desire to make an impact in the world.

We appreciate that starting a career can be daunting, but we have a supportive team who will support and nurture you through your studies.

ACCA and CIOT apprentices:

Ideally you will have 2 years practice experience and be confident in looking after clients, knowing when to pick up the phone, offer a zoom call, or just check in to make sure they are OK.

Qualified accountants:

You will have a least 2 years post qualification experience in practice or be qualified by experience.

Be able to advise owner-managed business owners in basic tax planning.

Be comfortable with managing a small portfolio of clients.

Be willing to support and nurture the more junior members of the team.

Love to educate your clients on best tax, accounting or bookkeeping practices, systems, or processes, for their business.

Be a XERO whizz (expert)

Have excellent time management skills, organised, focused, and can work independently using your own initiative.
