Absolute Executive Search are looking for an Accountancy & Finance Executive Recruitment Consultant to come and join our friendly team.

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join an Executive Search Team where you will proactively headhunt for Senior level candidates within Accountancy and Finance all over the UK.

Your role with focus on candidate attraction and generating new opportunities, so you will need to demonstrate strong headhunt/research ability to help find the best talent within the market and attracting new clients to the business.

The role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career in one of the fastest growing Executive Search companies in the South East and be able to work from home.

Experience within either Accountancy and Finance or Senior level recruitment is essential for the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

Build, grow and maintain relationships with existing clients as well as with new potential clients.Advising and consulting with clients ensuring that their recruitment needs are met and managing their expectations.Identify and utilise search/headhunting techniques to attract the best candidates in the market.Manage the recruitment process using a consultative approach throughout, from introduction to interview, to offer and finally post placement engagement.Advertising executive roles on appropriate job boards and social media.

This is a remote working role.

Full time - 40 hours per week (Part time will be considered.)

Salary - Up to 40k + Excellent Commission Scheme (Uncapped.)
