We are therefore looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to cover the North of the UK, reporting to the UK Sales Manager covering the regions of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham. This role will typically pay 30% commission on top of your basic, offer you health care benefits, a strong pension, competitive annual leave and huge career opportunities moving forwards. This exciting position focuses on High-Value Accounts typically within universities. There is ample opportunity to upsell, yet ample opportunity to sell this companies products into other Universities in the North of the UK.
As an Account Manager this role will be weighted more towards the upselling side, yet new business within new universities and laboratories will be key. Your role will be instrumental in brand promotion and active selling strategies and you'll be part of a great cross collaborative team with fantastic support on offer.
On top of the Account Management you'll be intricate in accurately forecasting and communicating within the wider group than spans the world - there is huge opportunity within this role to progress!
