Your role will including working with existing customers to develop relationships; expanding your network within managed clients and regularly reviewing performance to ensure a world class service is offered to all clients.

BACKGROUND TO THE COMPANY

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As an account manager your role will be as follows.

Customer Ambassador

Working as the key POC for some of our major accounts, ensuring growth, delivery and fill-rate for your accountsWorking with other delivery consultants and our international shared service centre to create a delivery best practice and customer excellenceResponsible for the day to day running of your account, alongside account development andJob Management

Ensure excellent "candidate experience" throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from qualification calls through to interview scheduling and post hiring engagementEnsure all SLAs are being adhered to and job to fill ratios are meeting the needs of our customerExcellent user of customer portals and systems, leading from the front and demonstrating best practice.Relationship Management

Build excellent relationships with stakeholders across your Accounts including regular virtual and onsite meetings to discuss performance and SLAs, this may include quarterly presentations to clients to discuss reports/data on our serviceOffer advice to customers on current market conditions as well as advice on market rates and sector knowledgeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Work in partnership with your colleagues to attract top talent our clients want to hire.Deliver an unrivalled candidate experience that reflects the quality of both Proactive and our customer base.Broker recruitment processes to ensure that talent & company connect.Build your own network of Engineering candidates, use our CRM and your LinkedIn network to stay in touch with these excellent candidatesHave the opportunity to see the direct impact of your success - on your candidates, client, "us" and (of course) yourself You - we hire potential not experience!

You may not have recruitment experience but have worked in a client liaison, account management or relationship management role from another industry - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with a strong desire to work with your clients to ensure operational excellence and a world class service. You may also have experience in a customer facing role or a demonstrable track record of delivering results through building strong client relationships.
