As a direct result of their success the Company are pushing forward to the next phase of their growth plan, this is a great time to join the business as they have some exciting plans to excel them further in the print industry In order to support that growth they are looking to bring in a talented individual who shows an equal level of passion for print Requirements:
You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base You will also be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System (MIS). Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are met You will have to balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients/projects, and proactively manages work in progress Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production Be able to generate innovative and effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations To fit into this organisation, you will be adaptable to change; not afraid to keep looking at ways to improve personally and as a business; and demonstrate good problem-solving skills whilst working tactfully
