Duration: Permanent
Salary: GBP25,000 – GBP28,000 p/a + additional benefits & rewards
Kerry Collins Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity available for an internal Account Manager, to support the recruitment of temporary staffing solutions for our key client accounts.
We are seeking a forward–thinking Account Manager to join our existing team, as a result of our continuing growth and development.
The successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring we meet and deliver against our clients elevated levels of temporary staffing requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prioritise, plan, schedule and manage the recruitment drive of candidates.Utilise multiple advertising tools to attract and source candidatesConduct face to face interviews and site based inductionsComplete compliance checksCommunicate with our internal Account Coordinators and our clients Managers dailyHelp develop process improvements to improve work–flow efficiencyGeneral administration and updating internal/external systemsGenerate KPI reportsSupport with out of hours on call Experience / Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role would be a great advantage but not essentialYou will be a team player, extremely organised and able to work within a busy and fast paced environment.You will need to be both site and office based – UK Driving Licence essential Working Hours:
5 days per week Monday – Friday with the flexibility to meet account requirements.
