Account Manager

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Whiteley.

As an Account Manager you will be contacting warm leads from people who have previously used the company or have made an enquiry for the company's services.

You will be required to:

Upsell products and servicesBook in appointmentsDiscuss other services and offerings from the business Accurately input and maintain records of interactions on CRMKeep on top of KPi's and targetsWork closely with Sales and Marketing team If you have experience working in a customer focused environment and have experience working on the phones.
