Description
Key responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:
Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Solve any problems or issues the customer may be facing. Keep in regular contact with customers , and updating regularly in respect of new products and details. Be confident dealing with customers , and discussing new products. Providing excellent customer services. Managing incoming queries. Profile
Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role. Driven, and confident. Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable but not essential. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Job Offer
