Reed are working with a fantastic growing organisation for their office in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join the team on a permanent full time basis.
Within the role you will manage a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for managing and nurturing the relationship, delivering revenue, achieving targets and continually improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with your customer base, proactively contacting your customers to understand their individual requirements, via phone, email and face to face virtual meetings, identifying areas where the company can further support their objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction.Cross–selling other services and liaising with other departments to ensure all services are promotedDelivering targets, based on retaining, managing and negotiating annual renewals and generating new business, within existing accounts and also across new clients, with the aim of growing revenue across your portfolio, ensuring pipeline focused on short, mid, and long term revenue opportunities.Accurately forecasting revenue, scheduling product deliveries, dealing with queries and supporting the operations team to ensure a great service is delivered.Converting new products onto the company service to support specific projects, ensuring customers receive content for online launches.Loggins customer interaction and reporting data, present proposals to clients to ensure the right outcome in all meetings/discussions. Proven track record of managing customer relationshipsSales skills with a strong desire to overachieve against both personal targets and objectives, with a proven track record of delivering strong results against both revenue targets and KPI'sAble to work collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast–paced environmentHighly organised, driven, with good time management skills and a methodical approachAble to prioritise workload and excellent attention to detail.Experience in Digital, Ecommerce, FMCG would be desirable but not essentialExcellent communication skills, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport and network effectively Package
