Reed are working with an award–winning organisation based in Dereham, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join the team and support the company through it's exciting expansion.
As Account Manager you will be managing existing relationships and developing new relationships with business partners, promoting the company as a leader in the industry and securing new partnerships to support in driving revenue and growing the business.
Responsibilities
Maintaining regular contact with existing clients, ensuring relationship is maintained and service standards are highTracking performance of partner accounts and looking at ways of improving thisDealing with queries and providing information to upskill partnersIdentifying and winning new client partnersRepresenting the company at trade events and exhibitions Reporting to management and supporting with continual development. What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2–3 years experience within an Account Management or Business Development roleDriven and self motivated individual who strives to exceed expectationsStrong communication skills at all levelsTrack record of securing new business and relationshipsExcellent service standards Conscientious and hardworking team playerUse of initiative, reliable and able to manage own workload High level of attention to detail Package
