Account Manager

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis, working in a well-established Financial Software company located in the County of Flintshire. The successful candidate will also be offered hybrid working within a growing organisation.
This role is ideal for an Account Manager with experience managing a portfolio of clients, as well as training and developing team members within a Sales environment. A background in Software as a Service or the Finance sector is beneficial but not essential.
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The Role:
- Managing a pipeline and portfolio of clients including mid to large sized enterprises
- Working with two team members, assisting with training and development
- Using a consultative approach with customers to find out their current problems
- Working with clients to provide effective product-driven solutions
- Promoting products and services through a network of contacts
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with medium and large organisations, liaising with C-level executives
- Knowledge of Financial Software such as Sage or Quickbooks
- Background in Account Management, managing a portfolio of clients
- Previous work experience coaching and developing other staff members would be beneficial
- Background in SaaS or Finance is desired but not essential
