JOB TITLE: Account Manager / Senior Contract Manager
REPORTING TO: Divisional Director
LOCATION: BNP Paribas Real Estate - London, City & West End
SALARY: 70,000.00
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Ensure the full delivery of all Customer Contract within contractual guidelines, through target driven performance requirements, structured review meetings and to work closely with the onsite engineering team and client to provide overall efficiencies and profitability with no aged debt and a strong management and understanding of WIP. You will foster strong customer relationships through existing and new business opportunities and work and be guided by your direct line manager to provide support as and when required.
To provide operational, financial, and commercial management of your portfolio and to develop further business opportunities and revenue within that portfolio. You will build on customer relationships and develop your team to provide outstanding customer service.
A flexible approach to working across a number of sites geographically located predominantly in the City of London and in West End of London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exceptional customer relationship skills Track, identify and develop new opportunities, generating sales as per your individual target Excellent, planning, change and time management capabilities Ensure all opportunities are responded to in a timely manner and to a high standard To work closely with the Business Development team to share relationships/cross selling Effective, ongoing, and structured management of the management and supervisory team, including goal setting & objective planning Ongoing Health and Safety reviews across contract portfolio Leadership ability and mentoring of key technical staff Regular reviews with Managers to always ensure full compliance Strong communicator across all aspects of the business Holding and execution of Probationary/Disciplinary hearings Full P&L responsibility for your contracts Analytical reporting of portfolio performance Monthly/ annual reporting performance of portfolio fiscal performance Technical Support to contract management Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical background in M&E Industry Proven successful working relationships with high end service providers Self-motivated, decision-making skills Strong leadership qualities across all levels of the business Commercial awareness & business acumen Strong communicator and negotiation skills Proficient in IT Skills - MS Office, Excel & Power Point Good knowledge of the market and current trends Awareness of ISO(phone number removed) quality management standards Planning and organisation skills Strong oral & written communication skills Desirable
