Role - Account Executive- Driving
Location - Leicester or Coventry
Salary up to 31k dependant on experience + uncapped commission
Must hold a full UK drivers licence
Location - The role can be based in Coventry or Leicester, and the successful candidate will be required to travel to other Gi and client sites as well, therefore applicants must hold a full UK drivers licence.
As an Account Executive you will be client facing for two of our large national accounts. Therefore will require you to visit other offices and build relationships face to face as well as over the phone.
This role will support Gi group in being a supplier of choice at that specific site and acquire their bookings for drivers and post people. This is a warm client and requires high volume recruitment to a lot of small sites.

Responsibilities - not limited to
Develop relationships with client sites across the region to maximise client support and opportunities
Be known by all user clients and candidates through constant contact and rapport building
Offer a quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight
control, ensuring that all suitable candidates have completed all required client specific
documentation
Advertise for a workforce in such a manner that will generate the largest/ best quality response
whilst complying with GI Group and their legal requirements
Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview and selection of quality applicants
Support with maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline at all times
Always maintain a pool of quality candidates available
Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for spec calls and client meetings
Comply with all legal requirements
Take responsibility for out of hours contact with clients on a rota basis. If applicable
Monitor workers performances daily and weekly to ensure that the client and workers are
consistently satisfied.
